AppleSurf Seaside Villas on the Northwest corner of the Island of Tortola. The Two One Bedroom Luxury Villas are located on the Beach at Apple Bay.

Villas offer a Full Kitchen, Bathroom, Sitting Room and One Bedroom plus a Patio on the Downstairs Unit and a Sun Deck and Shaded Porch on the Upstairs Villa.

is shining. Swells forming, coming straight at you.

The villas are built into the side of a cliff, 15' up from the Atlantic Ocean behind a Sea Wall. The Surf Break at Bomba's is 500' down the beach.

Look out at the sea;
hear it, feel it and see it, up close and private.

The kitchen features an electric stove, microwave and refrigerator, toaster and blender. The units have an active phone in each unit to receive calls and make local calls. You will be able to make long distance calls with a credit card.

Cell phones work on most of the island, you are on roaming and it is expensive.
We offer free broadband wireless internet for your laptop computer.

There are no air conditioners in the units, ocean breezes work their magic. We have ceiling fans for the days in season when needed.
Each unit has one full bathroom with shower and a BOSE CD AM/FM/MP3 Stereo with the cable to connect your I-pod.
The upstairs unit offers a Queen size bed and a futon couch/sleeper while the downstairs unit features a Full bed.

Villas are central located in Apply Bay. Long Bay is right over the hill, Smugglers Cove right after that. Cane Garden Bay is less than 15 minutes away. There are 2 swimming beaches in Apple Bay including a protected sandy beach by the Sugar Mill, 1/4 mile from the villas.
fyi- they serve a great lunch in the shade. Prices and conditions are as follows:

Rate is for the Upstairs Villa is 1,650 for the 7 days. Each additional day is 220.00 per day.
Minimum stay is 5 days, daily rate is 240.00. Rates apply from December 18th to April 30th.
7% government tax is additional charge.

Rate for the downstairs seaside unit is 1,375 for the 7 days. Each additional day is 190.00 per day.
Minimum stay is 5 days, daily rate is 220.00.
Rates apply from December 18th to April 30th.
7% government tax is additional charge.

Off Season, May 1st to December 17th are 30% Off above prices.

**All rates based on double occupancy. Each additional person, additional 18.00 per day. Maximum 4 people per unit.

**50% payment to secure reservation, complete payment 30 days before visit.
